Lowell is a small city located in Lane County, Oregon. Lowell is nestled in the foothills of the Cascade Range along the Middle Fork Willamette River. Lowell has a population of around 1250 

The town was named after pioneer settler Jason C. Lowell, who arrived in the area in the 1850s. Lowell was officially incorporated as a city in 1954.

Lowell is known for its scenic beauty and outdoor recreational opportunities, including fishing, boating, camping, and hiking. The nearby Dexter Reservoir offers water-based activities, and the surrounding forests provide ample opportunities for exploration.
