Hayden Bridge Neighborhood Video Tour
Springfield, Oregon
Welcome to Hayden Bridge. We're going to tour the Hayden Bridge area of Springfield. It's a beautiful area full of older neighborhoods that are well-kept, well-designed, and just really a pleasant place to live. My name is Lauri House, and I am a realtor with United Real Estate Properties here in Lane County. Springfield, Oregon, is broken up into three sections. There's Springfield Proper, which is all of Springfield. Then, at the east end of Springfield is Thurston, and North Springfield consists of the Hayden Bridge neighborhoods. Hayden Bridge is a neighborhood located in Springfield, Oregon. This area offers a blend of residential living with convenient access to various amenities and natural attractions. It is situated near the McKinsey River, providing residents with opportunities for outdoor activities such as fishing, boating, and hiking. The neighborhood is known for its community-oriented atmosphere and proximity to local schools, parks, and shopping centers. The neighborhoods are a mix of single-family homes and apartments that cater to a diverse population, contributing to its vibrant community spirit. Many of the neighborhoods were built in the '50s, '60s, and '70s, and many still are on septic systems. Most of Hayden Bridge is in the county, not the city, so you can enjoy lower county property taxes.

We suggest that you check out greatschools.org for more in-depth school information.
